Andrew Leonardo’s roots in the Central Valley go far deeper than real estate. Growing up working on a dairy farm, he understands the stewardship of the land, the long hours of a family operation, and the legacy that every acre represents. After spending a decade on the other side of the table as the Director of Land Acquisition for KB Home, Andrew returned to his roots to help local farmers and landowners navigate the complexities of the development market.
This unique combination of experiences provides his clients with a strategic edge. Having managed complex mechanics of large-scale site development and market analysis for one of the nation’s largest builders, Andrew knows exactly how corporations think, how they value land, and what it takes to get a deal across the finish line. Today, he uses that "big builder" perspective and his deep local ties through the BIA (building Industry Association) to bridge the gap for Central Valley families. He offers a sophisticated, no-pressure approach that ensures landowners receive the value and the respect they deserve.
